How to choose
Three questions settle the choice for most laboratories: do you need a 5-part differential, do you need walk-away sample loading, and do you need ESR or reticulocytes on the same instrument?
| Model | Differential | Notable capability | Typically suits |
|---|---|---|---|
| BC-6000 | 5-part | Reticulocytes, high throughput | Tertiary hospitals and high-volume diagnostic laboratories |
| BC-5390 | 5-part | CRP option on the same sample | Hospitals wanting CBC and CRP from one instrument |
| BC-760 and BC-780 | 5-part | Integrated ESR | Laboratories consolidating CBC and ESR onto one bench |
| BC-5120 | 5-part | Compact footprint | Secondary hospitals and busy diagnostic laboratories |
| BC-30 | 3-part | Compact, low running cost | Clinics and health units with lighter workloads |

Reagents and consumables
Every BC-series installation is supplied with matching Mindray diluent, lyse, probe cleaner, calibrators and controls, planned against your actual monthly count so a reagent shortage never stops a shift.
Installation, training and service
Every unit is delivered, installed and performance-verified on site, with hands-on training for your medical technologists and scheduled preventive maintenance afterwards, all by Framar engineers. See what our service covers.
Questions about hematology
What is the difference between a 3-part and a 5-part differential analyzer?
A 3-part differential splits white cells into granulocytes, lymphocytes and monocytes. A 5-part differential reports neutrophils, lymphocytes, monocytes, eosinophils and basophils separately, which covers more of a routine reporting menu without a manual smear. 3-part units are compact and suit clinics; 5-part units suit hospitals and diagnostic laboratories reporting full blood counts all day.
Can one analyzer run both CBC and ESR?
Yes. The BC-760 and BC-780 combine a 5-part differential complete blood count with integrated ESR on a single instrument, from a single sample tube, which removes the separate ESR workstation and its own tube draw.
Do you supply the reagents and controls for these analyzers?
Yes. Every hematology analyzer we install is supplied with matching Mindray diluent, lyse, cleaner, calibrators and controls, scheduled against your actual monthly count so supply matches consumption.
